Design a 30-day calendar:
1. One central CLUSTER with a pillar article and 8 derived pieces that point to it.
2. A table with: day, format, channel, title, search intent (informational, comparative, transactional), keyword or angle, and which cluster piece it links to.
3. Mark which 4 pieces have the highest return and why.
4. A repurposing system: which video becomes an article, which article becomes a carousel, which carousel becomes a newsletter.
5. What NOT to publish this month.
Rules: the volume must fit inside {{hours}} real weekly hours. If it does not fit, cut it and say so. No generic ideas like "the 5 best prompts".Variables to fill in
| Variable | What it means | Example |
|---|---|---|
niche | Topic of the project | AI automation for accounting firms |
audience | Who you serve | Independent accountants aged 30 to 50 |
channels | Where you publish | Blog, YouTube, LinkedIn |
goal | Goal for the month | Get 20 qualified subscribers |
hours | Real weekly hours | 6 |
Tips
- Give it your last 5 published titles so it does not repeat angles.
- Ask for the calendar in CSV if you are going to paste it into Notion or Sheets.
- The value is in the search-intent column: if everything is informational, you will not attract clients.
Editorial template. Test it with real data before using it in production.
